Terms Of Service

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as a member of the BlakeMasonCash Affiliate Program (the "Program") operated by Thor Media Limited, aka ("TML"). As used in this Agreement, "we" or "us" means TML; "you" or "your" means the applicant/participating member.

1. Enrollment In The Program. To begin the enrollment process, you will need to submit a completed Program Application through our website http://www.blakemason.biz . We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason.

2. Not Allowed Sites. We do not allow sites that incorporate images or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable, such as sites that facilitate illegal activity or promote violence or promote or assist others in promoting copyright infringement. We reserve the right to terminate an account from any webmaster that sends traffic to sites belonging to BlakeMason.com / TML that violates the above without notice and without payment of any accrued sales.

3. How The Program Works. We will pay you for each member who subscribes to one of our sites that is part of the BlakeMasonCash Affiliate Program, where that subscriber has been sent from your site to our site using the correct link codes. We will pay 50% of the initial sign-up and 50% of each subsequent re-bill until cancelled by the member made to any of the sites in the Program, less 50% of the credit card processing fees charged by CCBill.

4. Refunds/Chargebacks. We will deduct any chargebacks and refunds made by customers that you referred to the Program. These refunds / chargebacks may or may not appear in the same pay period as the original transaction.

5. Linking. You will be given linking codes in the BlakeMason.Biz admin area to send surfers to our sites. Only approved links maybe used to send surfers to our sites. In utilizing the Links, you agree that you will cooperate fully with us in order to establish and maintain such Link or Links. A Link may only be modified with our consent. You may send surfers to our sites by the following ways: Blind Links, Text Links, Banners, Consoles or any other approved method.

6. Spamming. BlakeMasonCash / TML has zero tolerance for spamming. You may not send unsolicited emails with links to our sites. If you wish to send an email campaign with our links, we require the unreserved right to grant prior approval.

7. Payments. You will be paid by CCBill according to their standard terms and conditions. You may alter your minimum payout amount / payment method by logging in to your CCBill account.

8. Accuracy Of Information. It is your responsibility to keep accurate and up to date information on file with BlakeMasonCash. We will send all email communication to the email address that you have on file. All payments will be made to the information that we have on file as well. It is important that this information is accurate at all times.

9. Promotional Content. You are hereby granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download promotional banners, videos, photographs, other promotional materials, and/or promotional materials created by you, provided that such materials are approved by the Program in writing, for use on site(s) in the BlakeMasonCash Program. Such Promotional Items are licensed to you for the limited purposes of advertising, marketing and promoting sites in the BlakeMasonCash Program. Any and all licenses granted to you pursuant to this agreement shall immediately cease and revert to the Program upon the termination or cancellation of this agreement.

10. Restrictions. You are not permitted to bid on, purchase or otherwise register/use the Site Names in the BlakeMasonCash Program or use the words "Official", "Officially", "Official Site" or similar language in connection with the Site Names as keywords (sometimes referred to as "AdWords") on Internet search engines. You agree that in the event you violate any part of this section of this Agreement, you will be immediately terminated from the Program and any monies earned but not yet paid will be forfeited.

11. Liability. The BlakeMasonCash Affiliate Program cannot be held liable for defects to the system including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause or action.

12. Termination. Both parties can terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason.
a. Termination by you: You may cancel this agreement by sending an email to info [at] thormedia.net. As long as your account is in good standing, we will pay you any and all money owed up until the date you terminated the agreement.
b. Termination by us: If you violate any terms of this agreement we reserve the right to terminate you without notice and you will forfeit any money owed.

13. Modification of Agreement. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. We will send an email to the address on file notifying you of such modifications. The terms and conditions specified on this page supersede all previous terms and conditions of the program (whether they have been previously notified to you or not).
